When i have played in the past people with lower stats than me have become sannin straight away i don't think this is far so i think each village should have their requirements from the begining so people know what to achieve and they dont have to listen to their kage changing their mind all the time.
i think that the stats for ranks should be higher and that there should be a list and also i think there should be ranks within missing nin adn akatstuki
